• Plenty of room for large classes and groups (fine for 40+ dancers)
• 40'x6' wall of mirrors (and curtain to cover the mirrors)
• High ceilings (about 15' to rafters)
• Conveniently close to downtown Arcata - just 2 blocks from the plaza!
• Remote Controls for mirrorball, chrismas and dj party lights
• Stereo: cd player, i-pod dock station, aux cable and bose speakers

Rental Rates:
Note: to accomodate special events, we don't schedule regular classes or rehearsals on the weekends.

  May be "bumped" by a regular class or special weekend event (we'll give you notice if a special event needs the space. We'll give you a chance to pay the regular rate before canceling your slot for an ongoing class).

Enter on Samoa between I and J Streets. Park on I or J Streets. Go through the glass door in the middle of the building on Samoa Blvd, up the stairs and to the left. More directions here...

• Great for classes up to 10-12 people, depending on the style

• Conveniently close to downtown Arcata - with easy parking

• Stereo: cd player, i-pod docking station, auxilary cable, speakers
• Intimate space with evening/weekend security system.

Rental Rates:
Note: no special events happen here, so any open time may be booked.

• $15.00 / hour - Class Rate
  • Ongoing or short term classes, gatherings, private lessons, etc.)

• $12.00 / hour if using more than 3 hours / week if paid monthly.

RULES & POLICIES

For Both Studios:

• Rent is due each week unless we've been given 2 weeks notice so we can try to fill the space.
• If you're a month behind in your rent your time slot may be given to someone on our waiting list.
• End your class on time so the next class may start right at the beginning of their reserved time.
• Dust mop the floor after your class.
• Remove all debris and belongings left by your students. NO FOOD GARBAGE in the studio. There is an ant problem!
• Be sure all furniture and items are back in orginal places when you leave.
• No smoking inside or in the foyer area outside. By the tree is the closest to the door, please.
• If you're the last one out, be sure all fans, lights, stereos, xmas lights, bathroom lights, etc. are OFF & doors LOCKED.
• Nothing may be done that will endanger the space:
  • Do nothing that will damage our hardwood floor.
  • Do not lean people or objects upon the mirror. Please keep hands and body parts OFF the mirror.
  • No open flame inside at all.
