Redwood Raks is a GREAT place for your birthday party or other special celebration. We've had lots of children's theme and general birthday parties along with lots of lovely bridal and baby showers, bachelorette parties.... even weddings!

For parties, we have:

• A fabulous 2400 square foot hardwood floor room that is perfect for dance parties or whatever your vision is.
• Party lights at no extra charge that include: Christmas lights, big mirrorball, and fun colored laser lights.
• Three 6' and one 8' banquet tables and several smaller tables. The studio also has a big ledge that's about 4' tall and 30' long. People often use it for presents, food, etc.
• Plenty (about 100) folding chairs.

Sorry, but we don't have:

• A kitchen
• Total exclusivity......... it's a busy residential and business building. There will probably be other things happening at the same time as your event. If your event will be noisy we'll need to coordinate with other tenants.

Hourly party rate is $40 / hour with a complimentary hour before and after to set up and clean up. You need to be ready to mop the floor as needed, make sure everything is all cleaned up and ready for the next renter, and take away all garbage and recycling.

Basically:
• $150.00 / half day event (the space is yours for: 8am-4pm or 3pm-1am Fri or Sat or 8am-3pm Sunday)
• $200.00 / full day event (8am until 1am) .... SATURDAYS ONLY
